Monday April 28th

DAY THREE

Breakfast: 
-Smoothie (yogurt, peanut butter, frozen berries, milk,, banana)

Lunch
- Salad (Carrots, Celery, Cucumber, head lettuce, and oil and vinegar dressing) 

Dinner:
- Sandwhich....same as before

Snacks: 
- Yogurt parfait again...
