DAY TWELVE

Breakfast: 
- Smoothie (this time only strawberries and spinach with yogurt, protein powder, milk and half a banana)

Lunch: Cheat
- California Rolls from Oishi
- Apple

Dinner: 
- Homemade pasta with Multi Grain noodles
- Tossed Salad

Snacks: 
- Yogurt Parfait
- Banana
-Crackers
- Grapes
