DAY TWENTY 

Breakfast: 
- Smoothie
- Peanut Butter and toast

Lunch: 
- Homemade pasta with multigrain noodles

Dinner: 
- Tuna Salad with oil and vinegar dressing

Snacks: 
- Yogurt parfait
- Fruit Salad (Cantaloupe, watermelon, strawberries, grapes, apple)
