Monday May 12th

DAY SEVENTEEN

Breakfast: 
- SSMMMMOOOOTTTHHHIIIEEEEEEE
Loving starting my day with a smoothie, its so quick and easy and Im actually eating in the morning now.

Lunch: 
- Chicken stir fry on brown rice

Dinner: 
- Ham and cheddar and lettuce on multigrain bread

Snacks: 
- Yogurt parfait
- Cantaloupe
- Cheese and crackers
