Sunday May 4th (Birthday)

DAY NINE: 

Breakfast: 
- Scrambled egg (again no milk) with cheddar
- A piece of multigrain toast
- One piece of bacon

Lunch: 
- Iced coffee 
- Tossed salad with almonds and oil and vinegar dressing with crushed parsley 
- Apple with cinnamon

Dinner: CHEAT
- White spot dinner, Legendary burger with the spots salad
- Gluten free birthday cake

Snacks: 
-Apple 
- Yogurt parfait
